Cambridge Events has enjoyed a successful working relationship with Belinda Franks Catering for over seven years.

We have worked together on events of all shapes, styles and sizes, from cocktail parties for fifty guests to lavish corporate events for thousands.

Since 2004, Belinda Franks has been the selected caterer for the largest corporate event we produce each year. Last year, when guest numbers totaled 4200, we held the event in the Sydney Entertainment Centre and made special arrangements so that Belinda Franks could work there.
We felt that we would not have been able to provide a successful event without them.

The fact that we have worked with Belinda Franks Catering for four consecutive years on an event of such scale and importance is testament to their ability to repeatedly deliver a superb product in challenging circumstances. Their professionalism, dedication and organisational skills are assets to any event.

Dear Rodney, Andrew, and Jill,
I just had to let you know how incredible Friday night’s Youth Insearch ball was – given the financial (and time) constraints you were dealing with, I have absolutely no idea how you managed to pull off the amazing event that was the gala ball on Friday night.
 
The fitout of the venue was breathtaking and I can honestly say that I’ve never before been to an event where people have gasped when the doors were opened or, in our case, the curtains pulled back.  The wonderland you managed to create in the Hordern Pavilion was magical and the impact immediate.  From go to whoa, as always, the event surpassed expectations. Thank you
 
Could you also please pass my thanks and congratulations on to Belinda Franks Catering.  I’m at a complete loss as an utter and devoted foodie as to how they managed to produce 500+ meals, entrée, main and dessert, to the standard they did, given the facilities they had within the cavernous pavilion.  The asparagus was crunchy, the beef main perfectly medium rare, and the chocolate tart dessert devine – and even the vegetarian option looked like something I’d love to eat!
 
And, more than that, it seemed that every single table was served each course within a 15-minute timeframe and with a minimum of fuss when the occasional dinner wanted a red-meat alernate

Hi Sarah,

Thank you so much for the wonderful (and hard!) job you did on my Metropolis gig. Everything was just perfect. Mira was brilliant and so easy to deal with and nothing was a problem. I think this is the first event I have ever done that I haven't had an issue with the caterer on the day of the event! And I've dealt with pretty much all caterers in Australia! So thanks again for everything. I'll definately use you guys again! The french made a special point of commenting on all the wines too, they really enjoyed them,.......phew!!!!!

Please also pass on my thanks to Belinda, I was quite chuffed to see her there for the majority of the event!

We had a minor crisis with the lighting not working in the gallery area(!) and it was great to know that I didn’t have to worry about your team from the very beginning of the night. Dear Belinda and Juliette,

Thanks so much for doing such a superb job last night.  

The food was just superb. At the event many times people would literally stop me just to comment on how much they were enjoying eating it. In fact, when we went back for drinks after the event a main topic was how delicious the food was, and not only that, they went into detailed descriptions of what they ate, what the ingredients were and how much they enjoyed it.

I would have thought that because many of the guests are the same that they would take the wonderful catering for granted. But no, they are bowled over every time and always delighted once again each year.

Thanks again, and thank you for making it so easy for me to book and doing it last minute.
